My story

al_edited.jpg

Before becoming a luthier, I worked for nearly ten years as a cook. This profession taught me concentration, respect for materials, and a job well done—values I apply to every instrument.
After graduating in furniture finishing and violin making, I joined the La Corde cooperative in Montreal to do repairs and custom manufacturing.

I also worked on guitars for Archambault, then as a workshop technician at the Bruand Guitar School, where I maintained the machines and supported the students. That's where I really honed my skills.
Today, I divide my time between Musique Dépôt in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and my studio in Otterburn Park.
Working from home keeps me close to my young family and reminds me to approach each project with a lasting sense of quality.
